I think I should receive a full refund because you did not provide safe and clean conditions. I have never walked out of a hotel but this was so bad. I packed my stuff and went to the front desk letting them know there is no way anymore should put up with that. I then returned to my room feeling very unsafe and the walls were shaking so bad my friend could hear it on the phone. I was also told that the people making the noise weren’t really supposed to be there. I reported this to the front desk and was told they could call the police so I was shaking Including my bed was shaking I let the people up into office in our offices and they said they couldn’t do much about it except for calling to police at 10 pm. after running some errands I came back to the hotel and the people next to me were hitting the wall so hard my wall and bed were shaking. I stayed at your hotel Friday, August 19. On the positive side, the front desk staffs were great and the place is conveniently located near Big Bear Village where you can find a wide array of stores and restaurants.īut I probably wouldn’t go back here again until the room issues I mentioned are fixed. We suspected it’s the poor ventilation and dusts flying around the cabin that was the culprit. We all thought that we were coming down with a cold or COVID, but thankfully, the symptoms went away as soon as we got back home. We also developed stuffy nose and itchy throat whenever we were inside the room.

The room was also dusty, especially the aircon vent, and there were cobwebs on the windows by the sink. Luckily, no more bees so we threw it away. We were hoping that someone in the property will clean it, but when we got back at around 10:30pm, it was still there. We checked in at around 4pm and there was leftover food on the table outside our room that was swarmed by bees. But we were disappointed when we got to our cabin since the place looks dark and dated.
